■ How to Use
Warm the teapot and cups with hot water before brewing — pour away the warming water before adding tea leaves. Add tea leaves to the pot (approximately 2g per 100ml of water). Pour hot water at the appropriate temperature for the tea type (70-80°C for green tea, 100°C for hojicha). Steep for 30-60 seconds, then pour into cups through the built-in strainer. Pour all liquid from the pot — do not leave tea steeping as it will become bitter. The second infusion is ready immediately.

■ Precautions
Arita porcelain — handle with care to avoid chipping. Do not use on direct gas flame. Microwave and dishwasher compatible. The built-in strainer is designed for loose-leaf tea — very fine powdered tea (matcha) is not suitable.
